Julia Louis-Dreyfus has been named the 2018 Saks Fifth Avenue Key to the Cure Ambassador. She has helped create a special design for t-shirts that will be sold at Saks Fifth Avenue stores October 1st-31st to raise money for breast cancer awareness. All t-shirt proceeds will go to Airs Foundation and its focus on making breast reconstruction surgery affordable for survivors.
