Julia Louis-Dreyfus has been named the 2018 Saks Fifth Avenue Key to the Cure Ambassador. She has partnered with Saks to design a t-shirt that will be sold at Saks Fifth Avenue stores from October 1st through the 31st. T-shirt proceeds will go to Airs Foundation. Airs is a non-profit organization that focuses its efforts on making breast reconstruction surgery possible for breast cancer survivors.
