How does it work?

Choose any activity that is beneficial for your mental or physical health and commit to doing that activity for at least 13 minutes for 13 days in January to raise money for the AiRS Foundation.

Set a fundraising goal. Maybe start with $200 know your audience. You can always increase it!

Fill out the google form to register for the event and we will create your very own fundraising page!  We will send you a link to your page for you to share.

Send out your donation page link through text, email, and social media.

Make a donation. It is hard to ask someone to do something when you haven’t done it yourself,

Announce your challenge by sending out a link to your fundraising page through email and any social media platform of your choice.

Ask your audience to support you in your effort to raise money and join you in this challenge- challenge your friends! Tag them!

Regularly update your audience with your progress and WHY they should donate or participate.
