Rod J. Rohrich

Founder and Board Member
Rod J. Rohrich, M.D., F.A.C.S. is an internationally known surgeon, innovative leader and educator in Plastic Surgery. He is Professor and Past Chairman of Plastic Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Distinguished Teaching Professor and recipient of the Rod J. Rohrich, M.D. Distinguished Professorship in Wound Healing and Plastic Surgery. He served as the founding chair of the Department of Plastic Surgery for 23 years. Dr. Rohrich is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has a clinical practice at University Hospitals/UT Southwestern Medical Center and the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute.
Dr. Rohrich grew up on a ranch in North Dakota and completed his undergraduate and postgraduate education with highest honors at North Dakota State University and the University of North Dakota. He received his medical degree from Baylor University College of Medicine, graduating with high honors. After a plastic surgery residency at The University of Michigan Medical Center, he did further training in pediatric plastic surgery at The Radcliffe Infirmary/Oxford University in England. Dr. Rohrich completed a hand and microvascular fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School. He joined the Division of Plastic Surgery at UT Southwestern in Dallas in 1986. He has developed the Department of Plastic Surgery at UT Southwestern into one of the most academically productive and largest plastic surgery departments in the world.
Dr. Rohrich served as President of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the largest organization of board certified plastic surgeons in the world and is past-member of the Board of Directors of the ASPS, the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation (PSEF), the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) and the Aesthetic Society Education and Research Foundation (ASERF). He also served as Chair of the Residency Review Committee in Plastic Surgery which oversees all the plastic surgery resident education programs in the United States. Dr. Rohrich has been active in organized medicine for more than two decades and served as a section chairman within the American Medical Association. He has chaired over 100 national and international plastic surgery educational symposia. He has served as a Visiting Professor for the two national plastic surgery educational organizations (PSEF and ASAPS) in both aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. He has also been a Visiting Professor to over 150 national/international societies and has delivered more than 2000 scientific presentations on all aspects of plastic surgery.
Dr. Rohrich is a member of the American Association of Plastic Surgeons, the ASPS, and the ASAPS. He has served as a Director of the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) and as President of the Dallas Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Association of Academic Chairmen of Plastic Surgery and The Rhinoplasty Society. Dr. Rohrich is a Founding member of the Board of Governors of the National Endowment for Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Rohrich is a civic leader, having served on the Board of Directors of the March of Dimes, Save the Children Dallas, Dallas Chapter of the American Cancer Society, the Evergreen Gala Advisory Board which directly benefits the Dallas community breast cancer efforts of the ACS and he is a Founding Member of the Dallas for Children Foundation. Dr. Rohrich and his wife have been Honorary Co-chairs of the Dallas for Children Foundation which assists in early childhood development programs for underprivileged children. He was also responsible for organizing an East Dallas Mobile Health Unit to assist in the immunization of homeless and underprivileged children. Through the Rod J. Rohrich, M.D. Foundation, Dr. Rohrich annually supports a medical student who will practice primary care in his native state of North Dakota. He has performed and taught plastic surgery in Third World countries, specifically reconstructing severely burned and congenitally deformed children. Dr. Rohrich co-founded the Alliance in Reconstructive Surgery Foundation (AIRS) which is dedicated to advocating and supporting a woman’s right to be made whole again after breast cancer surgery with breast reconstruction.
Dr. Rohrich has been the recipient of numerous prestigious national research, teaching and distinguished service awards during his academic career in plastic surgery. As an innovative educator and scientist, he holds a patent on a new breast implant and developed educational models for bringing emerging technology to plastic surgeons. He is Editor-in-Chief of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the leading and most prestigious journal in the world for plastic surgeons, and an editor for Selected Readings in Plastic Surgery, a supplement to the teaching curriculum of plastic surgery training programs in the United States and thirty-eight foreign countries. Dr. Rohrich’s interests span the entire spectrum of plastic surgery from craniomaxillofacial surgery to aesthetic surgery (rhinoplasty, facial rejuvenation, noninvasive cosmetic medicine, science of aging, breast and body contouring). He is an international rhinoplasty expert in both primary and secondary rhinoplasty as well as complex nasal reconstruction and facial rejuvenation surgery. He has published more than 700 peer reviewed scientific articles and over 150 chapters in plastic surgery, ranging from cosmetic surgery to craniofacial surgery. He has published five textbooks in plastic surgery ranging from rhinoplasty, craniomaxillofacial trauma, secondary rhinoplasty and ultrasound-assisted liposuction. He has co-authored a consumer safety book entitled Navigate Your Beauty – Smart and Safe Plastic Surgery Solutions. Dr. Rohrich has been included as one of the Best Doctors in Dallas since 2000, Super Doctors in Texas since 2005, Best Doctors in America since 1996, Who’s Who in America since 1993, Best Doctors in America by Good Housekeeping Magazine and named a Notable North Dakotan in 1998. He and his wife have two children and live in Dallas, Texas.

As President of Hylaco, Ms. Hare is responsible for executive-level management of the company, including product development, clinical trials, packaging, marketing, sales and communications.
Morgan brings with her more than 30 years of experience in the cosmetics and skin care industries, and she has held executive marketing and product development positions at numerous national, blue-chip consumer product and retail companies. At Avon, Morgan was General Manager of Skin Care and Marketing Manager of Color Cosmetics, and she championed and launched Anew Skin Care – a product line that still remains an important financial asset to Avon some 20 years later. She has also held leadership roles at Revlon, where she was acting Director and Marketing Manager of Color Cosmetics and Fragrances for the Ultima II division; QVC, where she was Vice President of Health and Beauty; Home Shopping Network (U.S. and Europe), where she was Senior Vice President of Health and Beauty; Tupperware, where she was Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Product Development; and BeautiControl, where she served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Global Beauty.
Prior to her marketing career, Hare conducted research at Harvard Medical School and held senior sales positions in the biomedical industry for several companies, including Technicon Instruments Corporation and American Optical Corporation. Hare holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Northwestern University.

Matrix Biology Institute is a pioneer in hyaluronan science, which partners with Hylaco. The HylaSponge System (composition and manufacturing process) is protected by existing patents and patent applications owned by the Matrix Biology Institute.
Dr. Denlinger began her research training in 1967 at the Retina Foundation (Boston, Mass.) where she studied physiology and biochemistry. From 1969 to 1972, she was a research associate in the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Ottawa (Canada). From 1973 to 1975, she was a research associate in the Department of Connective Tissue Research at the Boston Biomedical Research Institute (Boston, Mass.), where she began her research on the metabolism of hyaluronan in the eye and joints. She also worked on the interactions of hyaluronan and other glycosaminoglycans with, and their effects on, inflammatory processes. Armed with two decades of experience in physiological, biological, biochemical and primate research, Denlinger is also a co-founder of Biomatrix Inc., a biotechnology research, development and manufacturing company she founded with Endre A. Balazs, M.D., to develop cross-linked hyaluronan derivatives for medical applications and skin care.
Janet holds a B.S. degree from the University of Florida,a master’s degree in biology (Endocrine Physiology) from Purdue University (West Lafayette, In.), and a Ph.D. from the Université des Sciences et Techniques (Lille, France). She has published more than 30 works in international scientific journals and books in the areas of ophthalmology, orthopedics, biochemistry and biotechnology.
Peter G. Cordeiro

Dr. Cordeiro is a renowned plastic surgeon with a special expertise in breast reconstruction, facial reconstruction, and microsurgical procedures. His work has focused on refining and expanding the use of tissue transfers for complex reconstructive problems and extending the use of implants for breast reconstruction. Dr. Cordeiro received his MD degree from Harvard Medical School, completed his general surgery training at the Harvard Surgical Service and plastic surgery at New York University. He is currently Chief of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Professor of Surgery, Weill Cornell Medical College of Cornell University. Dr.Cordeiro has published over 250 papers in peer reviewed journals and has delivered over 250 presentations and lectures throughout the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgical community.
Clinton J. David

Clint David is a business and real estate attorney and the Office Managing Partner for the Dallas office of Fox Rothschild LLP, a national law firm with 750 attorneys in 22 offices throughout the country. In 1984, after leaving a large downtown Dallas law firm, he founded the firm that would become David & Goodman as a sole practitioner with just his legal assistant. Over 30 years, David & Goodman grew to 18 attorneys and in October 2014 merged with the 100-plus-year-old Fox Rothschild to become the firm’s only Texas office. Mr. David advises clients engaged in commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, development and leasing of various types of real property. He also handles a variety of complex business disputes involving employment, corporate, real estate and other areas of law. Mr. David enjoys acting as “general counsel” to his many business clients.
Mr. David is a fourth-generation Dallas native and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Kalamazoo College with honors, and his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law with honors. He is also a member of the national honor society of the Order of the Coif, given to those graduating from the top 10 percent of their law school class.
Mr. David has often been called upon by media outlets to provide analysis on legal topics and has frequently appeared on national and local television and radio, including Geraldo at Large and The Willis Report. He conducted a weekly legal commentary on nationally syndicated radio and had a regular “Ask the Lawyer” segment on Sirius Satellite Radio. Mr. David is also a marathoner, CrossFit enthusiast, and the lead singer of the band Forest Lane.
An active member of the CEO President’s Club, Mr. David has also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Greenhill School for 15 years and is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Dallas Holocaust Museum/Center for Education and Tolerance.

Establishing herself as one of the premier interior designers across the world, Sussan Deilami has an extensive design presence that has kept her in high demand, which as a result, has taken her throughout the United States and to many different countries across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
As the owner of Sussan Deilami Design Group, she leads a team of passionate interior design consultants, on custom Hi-End, Luxury Home interior design projects, which turn her client’s creative dreams and desires, into real life realities. Sussan is personally involved, with a meticulous eye on every detail in each project, ensuring that nothing is overlooked, and that the finished project will far exceeded all of her customer’s expectations.
During her stay in Dallas, Sussan was recruited to build out the presence and the design community’s knowledge of the Roche Bobois, Dallas Design showroom, which is one of France’s most prominent high-end furniture manufactures and iconic design house. In the process she redesigned its interior along with revamping the entire operating method. Within one year, had turned around the showroom into one of the top 5 most profitable showroom, within Roche Bobois, 230 worldwide locations. After formally attending and graduating from the University of Southern California, and the prestigious Jean Des’re School of Art and the Interior Design Institute, in Paris, Sussan made her way into the design world at a very young age. Mrs. Deilami has worked for some of the most prominent and influential names in society that include Luciano Dernardi, the Carlo Rambaldi family, and members of the royal family of Saudi Arabia. In her spare time, she is active in supporting children at both the St. Jude Children’s Hospital and World Vision, along with being an advocate for women’s health.
Mitria Di Giacomo is a communications and marketing professional with broad experience in consumer marketing, digital marketing, business development, brand content, e-commerce, omnichannel retail, and media sales. In her role as Eastern Advertising Director at the Los Angeles Times for Distinction Magazine and Bel Air Magazine, Mitria spent two years growing the Eastern territory. She was responsible for cultivating partnerships and the development of integrated marketing and advertising programs for their luxury partners, across all platforms. After leaving the Los Angeles Times / Tribune Publishing in 2006, she founded Nexus Plexus, a luxury branding, communications, and media sales consultancy that helps companies increase visibility and bottom line profitability.
Ms. Di Giacomo is an award-winning creative who has won two Gold Clios and multiple industry awards. She has produced and directed high-profile events including global fashion and design galas such as Fashion Group International’s Night of Stars, Design 21 with Unesco, and Tribute 21 with Robert Rauschenberg. Mitria has fostered strategic partnerships and industry collaborations and has appeared on Good Day New York, “Live on Fifth” for QVC, and NY1.
Throughout her rich career, Mitria has been an active member of the non-profit community lending her expertise to various organizations and events. She has served as a Special Events Committee Member for the American Cancer Society, as Committee Chair and Consultant for Live Out Loud, and as Host Committee Member for the Floating Hospital’s annual fundraising gala for the past two years.
Director of the NYU Aesthetic Center
Alexes Hazen graduated from Brown Medical School in 1996 and went on to Residency in the combined General Surgery/Plastic Surgery program at NYU. After completing Residency at NYU she did a one year Microsurgical Fellowship at NYU.
In 2001 she began work as an Assistant Professor in Plastic Surgery at NYU and Bellevue Hospital. She is the Director of the NYU Aesthetic Center. In 2004 she became Chief of the Manhattan Veterans Administration in Plastic Surgery performing reconstruction on veterans.
She has done research focused on lipoaspirate and developed an animal model to study lipoaspirate, as well as an animal model to study radiation damage.
Her previous PSEF and National Foundation Grant focused on her work in examining the mechanism by which lipoaspirate alters the environment in which it presents.
She has done research on developing 3D animation and surgical simulation to help educate both patients and residents regarding surgical procedures. This Grant will focus on the evaluation of surgical simulation and 3D animation to educate surgical residents in specific procedures.
Jane McGarry is an award-winning TV news anchor, reporter and television personality, and founder and CEO of RealJane.net a Lifestyle eMagazine. Jane reports and anchors the popular “Texas Legends” series on Dallas Ft. Worth based WFAA-TV’s “Good Morning Texas”. She has interviewed celebrities and national leaders including President George W. Bush, First Lady Laura Bush, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, Dallas Mavericks owner and entrepreneur Mark Cuban and Texas music legend Willie Nelson.
During her 30 year tenure with NBC’s owned and operated station, KXAS-TV in Dallas Ft. Worth, Jane received the National Gracie Award for “Best Local News Anchor in the Country”, a prestigious Edward R. Murrow Award for broadcast journalism, as well as a Lone Star Emmy Award for “Best Newscast in Texas”. Jane has been named “most popular news anchor in the Metroplex” numerous times by local media.
Jay S. Orringer
Dr. Jay Orringer has been in private practice in Beverly Hills for the past 24 years. During this time, he has had a passion for his breast reconstructive work. His practice attracts patients from across the United States and overseas.
Dr. Orringer is certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He completed his General Surgery Residency at the University of Michigan Affiliated Hospitals, Plastic Surgery Residency at the UCLA Affiliated Hospitals, and a Microsurgery Fellowship at the New York University Hospitals. He has a particular interest in aesthetic approaches to mastectomy incisions. Dr. Orringer formerly served as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery, UCLA Division of Plastic Surgery and currently serves as Adjunct Clinical Faculty at the John Wayne Cancer Institute.
He has been recognized in the “Guide to America’s Top Plastic Surgeons,” “Guide to America’s Top Surgeons,” and in the Los Angeles Magazine’s “Super Doctors Edition.” He also received The Compassionate Doctor Certification through the Patients’ Choice Recognition Program. He has been interviewed on a number of television shows including The Today Show and Entertainment Tonight. Additionally, Dr. Orringer is honored to have been recognized in Beyond the Pink Moon and Letters to Doctors.
Kevin H. Small
Director of Plastic Surgery at the New York Bariatric Group
Dr. Kevin H. Small’s clinical expertise includes plastic and reconstructive surgery, and he is currently the Director of Plastic Surgery at the New York Bariatric Group.
Dr. Small has a proficiency in the wide breath of plastic surgery including craniofacial procedures, breast reconstruction, trunk reconstruction, and lower extremity reconstruction. He has additional training and specialization in body contouring, facial aesthetic surgery, and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures (injectables, laser therapy, etc.).
Dr. Small has received numerous honors and awards in academics, teaching and research excellence from the American Society of Plastic Surgery, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation. Dr. Small has presented his innovative research at local, national, and international meetings; he has innumerable original manuscripts and book chapters in multiple peer-reviewed collections including Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Aesthetic Surgery Journal. Topics of expertise include three dimensional imaging, breast reconstruction, body contouring and aesthetics.
Dr. Small is from Nashville, Tennessee, and received his B.A. in Classics with honors from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri in May 2004. Dr. Small received his M.D. from New York University.

Darci Sachdeva is Client Partner and Business Advisor for B12 Consulting, a global technology firm headquartered in Dallas, founded and led by dynamic women and providing Agile consulting, software products and IT services for its clients.
Ms. Sachdeva possesses more than 30 years of experience in multiple industries and geographies, particularly with complex organizations undergoing transformational IT processes. She supports the AiRS team by focusing on articulating the goals of our organization when meeting with business and community leaders to enlighten or raise funds. Her previous experience in executive-level roles with major U.S., Asian and European firms and business development acumen will help the organization strive.
A fourth-generation Montana native, Ms. Sachdeva grew up in a small town ranching community, and her childhood included time working on the ranch, riding horses, playing basketball, being outdoors, and proudly serving as a 4-H’er (youth development program of our nation’s Cooperative Extension System & USDA) and FFA’er (Future Farmers of America). Prior to embarking on her career in International Business, Ms. Sachdeva received her Bachelor of Science Major degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts Minor degree in Asian Studies from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. She also completed during her undergraduate work, two independent overseas study programs to Japan and South Korea. She is fluent in French and has business language skills in Korean and Japanese.
An active member of the Alliance of Technology and Women, Ms. Sachdeva believes in the mission and goals of the AiRS organization and helping women is a cause that she is passionate about. When not working on the business or serving as volunteer to further her lifetime goal of giving back, she enjoys raising her twins and spending time with her family in the Montana area where she was born and raised.

Steffanie Attenberg joined NewBeauty in 2005, when the magazine was launched by SANDOW (sandow.com), a leader in building multiplatform brands across consumer and business media, licensing, retail and e-commerce and marketing. In her first position at the company as Vice President, Regional Sales, Ms. Attenberg spent three years cultivating and growing the regional doctor revenue for the magazine, building solid internal policies and support teams before being promoted to publisher and, ultimately, to her current position as Vice President/group publisher.
In her role, Ms. Attenberg oversees advertising sales and marketing efforts for the brand’s national and regional editions, as well as the creation of integrated unique programs for NewBeauty’s partners, including print, digital and events.
Ms. Attenberg has been instrumental in developing brand extensions for NewBeauty, including TestTube, the first beauty sampling subscription service, which launched in 2006; NewBeauty at Fred Segal, the brand’s interactive retail store house within the Santa Monica location of style-centric retailer Fred Segal; and NewBeauty Live, a state-of-the-art video studio where SANDOW editors create live video content featuring interviews with beauty experts, product demonstrations and tips on how to get must-have looks. As a key executive at SANDOW, Ms. Attenberg is also strategically involved in contributing to the experiential departments of the company’s other divisions, including Curator, an event series for high net worth individuals and Luxe Interiors + Design’s show house projects.
Prior to joining SANDOW, Ms. Attenberg spent six years working for Condé Nast’s American City Business Journal division, where she led category development and growth as well as the event sponsorship department. Prior to that, as a director at Time Inc., she ran the West Coast territory of Media Networks, where national magazines are bundled into groups and offered as regional buys.
Outside of work, Attenberg is involved in fundraising for Autism Research and KIDS IN DISTRESS.
VP of Digital Initiatives, Robb Report Magazine
Regarded as an accomplished executive in the digital landscape, David has been working on developing digital marketing and business strategies for over 15 years. He began working with an eCommerce startup in 1998 as an affiliate and contractor, and then in 2002 he helped run the company alongside the President. During his 5 year tenure with the company, David grew revenues in excess of $1.2 million per year through a variety of online marketing tactics such as PPC (pay-per-click), SEO (search engine optimization) and affiliate marketing.
In 2007 David then went to work for a SaaS (software as a service) web development company, where he learned the ins-and-outs of website development. He was able to learn everything from sales and marketing, to implementation and launch. David has since been able to use his knowledge and experience to work as a leader in the digital departments for a variety of organizations, and has recently found his place as the VP of Digital for a multi-national magazine publisher that has over 13 print issues and websites across the world.
Since August 2014, David has been using his experience to maintain the website, collect data and analytics and help integrate social media marketing plans with the goal of achieving increasing the reach of AiRS and the growth of the donations and volunteers. David is proud of his accomplishments on behalf of AiRS Foundation and is dedicated to giving patients’ access to information and funding for reconstructive surgery.
Robert T. Grant

Plastic Surgeon-in -Chief, New York-Presbyterian Hospital
Dr. Robert T. Grant is Plastic Surgeon-in -Chief for the combined Divisions of Plastic Surgery at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, the University Hospitals of Columbia and Cornell. He is also a Professor of Surgery at Columbia University Medical Center, College of Physicians and Surgeons and an Adjunct Professor of Surgery (Plastic Surgery) at Weill Medical College of Cornell University. A New York native, Dr. Grant received his MD degree from Albany Medical College and completed his General Surgery and Plastic Surgery Residencies at The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center. Following a Microsurgical fellowship at NYU Medical Center/Bellevue Hospital, Dr. Grant assumed leadership of the Division of Plastic Surgery at North Shore University Hospital/NYU School of Medicine in 1991. He became the Plastic Surgery Residency program director at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Columbia University Medical Center campus of New York-Presbyterian Hospital in 1999. He was named Acting Chief of the combined Divisions of Plastic Surgery at New York-Presbyterian in January 2004. Dr. Grant assumed his current position in April 2006. Actively board-certified in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery, Dr. Grant is a member of the American Association of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. In 1999 he received his MS degree in Management from NYU. Dr. Grant’s clinical interests reflect his expertise in cosmetic surgery and in reconstruction after cancer surgery and trauma. His research work focuses on outcomes studies in Plastic Surgery as well as helping to pioneer tissue-engineered approaches to wound healing. In addition to numerous local and national radio and TV appearances Dr. Grant has been interviewed for multiple magazine and newspaper articles regarding Plastic Surgery topics. Ms. Meketa-Poirot has been with NewBeauty Magazine for six years and works with the National Advertising team forming relationships and strategic partnerships. Ms. Meketa-Poirot works alongside key beauty brands like Proctor & Gamble, Allergan, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Colgate, etc. in order to create new and innovative advertising campaigns over a variety of platforms including print, digital, sampling initiatives, content creation and more.
NewBeauty Magazine was launched by SANDOW (sandow.com) in 2005. Sandow is a leader in building multiplatform brands across consumer and business media, licensing, retail and e-commerce and marketing. Since 2008, Ms. Meketa-Poirot has been instrumental in building client relationships and growing the magazine into a multilevel beauty brand. Through the efforts of the NewBeauty team and strategic partnerships, NewBeauty has seen tremendous growth across all sectors including advertising, circulation and editorial content.
Ms. Meketa-Poirot is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland’s Journalism school. Prior to NewBeauty, Catharine spent five years at Harper’s Bazaar as the New York Advertising Manager.

Tina Newman brought decades of business experience to her work as Managing Director for AiRS Foundation. Having held the position for two years, Ms. Newman worked passionately to drive the organization forward. AiRS was able to capitalize on her marketing and communications expertise, industry connections, and her unwavering commitment. AiRS moved forward in its vision to advocate, educate and support women and in its mission to provide women access to information, options and funding for breast reconstruction surgery. As of February 2016, Tina is stepping back to pursue other endeavors while becoming a member of the AiRS Advisory Board.
Tina Newman previously served as national sales director at NewBeauty Magazine, where she was responsible for marketing and advertising in the beauty and luxury categories. Her career included high-level sales and marketing roles at national beauty and lifestyle publications as well as websites at Conde Nast, Time Inc., Hearst, Rodale, and she was a member of the successful U.S. launch team of OK! Weekly Magazine. Tina’s professional experience also includes sales, events, and creative marketing services positions for Estee Lauder and Clinique brands as well as advertising and promotion marketing, most notably at Ogilvy & Mather.
Tina Newman’s early career training and development included programs with Harvard University and Oxford University Leadership Summit, Laredo Digital Media training,media sales training with Joy Baldrige and Linda Progue, and public speaking with Dorothy Sarnoff. She also held the volunteer position as head of The Fashion Group International’s Event Committee for several years, having been awarded their first annual Rising Star Award for Beauty in 1997. Ms. Newman was also a MIN Sales Team of the Year Nominee, and the recipient of the Avon Fellowship to Pratt Institute, where she received a Master of Science & Communications degree.

Dr. Drew Reilly is a Licensed Professional Counselor and doctorate of Philosophy in Counselor Education. Her dissertation entitled “ The Narratives of Young Women with BRCA1 and BRCA 2 Gene Mutation: A Qualitative Analysis” shared the stories of women diagnosed with the hereditary breast and ovarian cancer gene, BRCA. In addition to her interest in the BRCA gene, Dr. Reilly is also a licensed therapist in the state of Louisiana.
Dr. Reilly completed both her Undergraduate and Master degrees at Vanderbilt University and, most recently, completed her decorated at the University of New Orleans. Dr. Reilly has worked extensively in the trauma sector of the mental health field and then settled working in a more general practice as a private practice therapist. Most recently, Dr. Reilly has chosen to focus her efforts currently on her family and spreading awareness about the BRCA gene. Dr. Reilly hopes to publish work off her doctoral dissertation in the near future.

Dr. Julie E. Russak, M.D., FAAD., is a Board Certified Dermatologist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She is a founder of Russak Dermatology Clinic in Manhattan and also serves as Volunteer Faculty at the Mount Sinai Hospital, where she teaches Dermatology Residents and Medical Students.
She completed her undergraduate studies at the City University of New York with a B.S. Magna Cum Laude in Biological Sciences with Phi Beta Kappa Honors. During her undergraduate tenure, she garnered a celebrated award from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute for her studies and excellence in Genetics and Immunology. She then attended the New York University School of Medicine, graduating with Honors and prestigious Marion B. Sulzberger Dermatology Award.
Dr. Russak completed her Residency Training in Dermatology at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, where she was selected to serve as Chief Resident.
Dr. Russak expanded her extensive research experience by completing an Oncology Melanoma Fellowship with Dr. Darrell Rigel and joined his practice after that.
In addition to extensive research in the areas of Cutaneous Oncology Dr. Russak has published multiple articles in peer-reviewed medical journals. She is an author of a chapter for one of the most prominent skin cancer textbooks in the field and is currently editing a new issue of the dermatologic clinics, update on melanoma.
Dr. Russak is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. Her clinical interests and expertise extend to many aspects of Dermatology, Skin Cancer, Dermatologic Surgery, Cosmetic Dermatology and General and Pediatric Dermatology.
Patient Advocacy Director
Tamara Sieger is a breast cancer and reconstruction survivor who has a passion for helping women. Diagnosed with Invasive Breast Cancer in 2011, Tamara was treated at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Ms. Sieger found purpose in her journey with cancer by helping other women triumph over the disease which can rob women of their physical and emotional health.
Tamara spent her entire professional career in the local government sector specializing in planning & administration. She is trained in Lean Six Sigma and has been honored with multiple service awards. Tamara graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Woman’s University.
Tamara brings a wealth of experience to AiRS in the areas of patient advocacy, event planning, grants administration, marketing, and fundraising. Tamara has directed Susan G. Komen fundraising teams benefiting For The Cure, and has coordinated numerous benefit fundraisers, auctions, galas, 5 K’s, and other special events.
Tamara is very active in her community north of the Dallas metroplex, lending her expertise and leadership to various non-profit organizations. She has been involved in the American Cancer Society Event Leadership Team as well as Marketing and Public Relations Chairperson Team Leader. Tamara has received several high-level fundraising awards from the American Cancer Society. The ACS event she helped lead earned the top fundraising award per capita in the nation.
Tamara leads the Patient Advocacy Team of volunteers at AiRS Foundation by helping breast cancer patients through the arduous process; beginning with diagnosis to treatment and ultimately breast reconstruction to help women feel whole again after cancer. Ms. Sieger also coordinates partnerships with medical professionals in the US to participate in the AiRS Alliance.
Tamara joined AIRS in 2013 as patient advocate and spokesperson to help advocate, educate and support women with physical and emotional healing from breast cancer, mastectomy, and reconstruction. She has shared her personal journey of survival at BRA Day in Dallas and at the launch of AIRS Foundation in NYC. In 2017, Tamara initiated legislation for two bills including Breast Reconstruction Awareness (BRA) Day and Breast Reconstruction and Advocacy (BraVE) Day, where both bills were both passed into law for the State of Texas in 2017.
Ms. Sieger has served as a key member of the AiRS Advisory Board and continues to serve as Patient Advocacy Director for AiRS.

With 20 years of sales and marketing under her belt, Evelyn is a force you want on your organizational and development team. Evelyn has spent many years providing consultative services for non-profit and missionally-based organizations, while at the same time reserving the privilege to continue volunteering and advising some of the same organizations and others during her spare time. Her experience spans work in the public sector and with not-for-profit organizations, managing assignments ranging from increasing brand awareness to financially developing the future of the cause.
Evelyn’s career began in Fortune 100 Sales and Marketing with Procter and Gamble and she has worked for the Colgate-Palmolive Company, Ingram Content Group, Ryan Partnership and Vox One. She has experience integrating corporate goals with constituent needs across communication, marketing, public affairs, and operational disciplines. Her clients have included The United Methodist Church, Catapult Marketing, National Education Association and The United Methodist Publishing House. She holds Board positions with the Points of Light, the Hands on Network and Autumn Rain Initiative. Ms. Warren also finds time for volunteer work with Victory Junction (one of Paul Newman’s Hole in the WalL Camps for kids). Evelyn hold a BS in Communication from Florida State University.
